
What you need :
– 1 oz of 1642 Ginger
– ½ oz blackcurrant cream
– 1 ½ oz of peach nectar
– 2 ½ oz of white wine
– Mint leaves
What you need to do:
Pour the blackcurrant cream into an old-fashioned glass.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour gently and in this order:
Peach nectar, white wine and 1642 Ginger.
Mix with a spoon.
Garnish with a mint bouquet and serve
