TOM COLLINS CONIFÈRE
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Conifer Gin from the Wabasso distillery
3 oz of 1642 Yuzu
1 sprig of rosemary
Ice
Put the ice in an “old fashioned” style glass. Add the Conifère gin and 1642 Yuzu. Finish with a sprig of rosemary.
