
What you need :
– 4 bottles of 1642 Ginger
– ½ kg (3 lb) Ready-to-eat ham
– 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
– 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
– ½ teaspoon of ground clove
– 1 cup of maple syrup
– 1 onion sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste
What you need to do :
Preheat oven to 325° F (160 °C).
In a shallow dish, put the onion sliced and add the ham on the greasy side on top.
Sprinkle mustard and clove over ham
Mix in the 1642 Ginger and the maple syrup and deposit on the ham.
Place the ham in the oven for about 1-hour watering it every 10 to 15 minutes with its juices using a large spoon.
If the ham cooks too quickly, cover it with aluminum without tightening.
Let it stand 15 minutes before cutting.
