The River Distillery

The Distillerie du St. Laurent is taking an important step in its development with the construction of a new waterfront distillery in Rimouski. An aging cellar, a café-bar with terrace, a tasting area and a shop will be added to the production facilities. This $ 9.5M investment will allow the company to triple its production capacity while improving the quality of reception for its visitors, thus transforming the Pointe-au-Père site into a major tourist hub. Ultimately, nearly 25 new employees will be added to the current crew.

The St. Laurent Gin Citrus represents the culmination of this delirious experiment! Inspired by their discoveries on the coasts of Japan and Vietnam, the artisans of the St. Laurent Distillery present a cold-distilled citrus Gin in an experimental vacuum still. The aromas of the best ingredients in the world, vacuum-distilled with know-how and passion in Rimouski. It pairs beautifully with the 1642 Yuzu.
