Ungava Spirits

Les Spiritueux Ungava is a major producer of superior quality Quebec spirits. The distillery is based in the town of Cowansville located in the beautiful Estrie region of Quebec. Award-winning spirits around the world, their spirits are produced in small batches and are distinguished by the use of top-quality, natural, local ingredients.


Discover the new Chic Choc noir rum, a rare and tasty elixir that is darker, spicier and stronger than the original. Its 47.1% alcohol content and its 4 unique spices added to the 6 emblematic spices of the original Chic Choc give it a distinctive and tasty aromatic signature.



  • 45 ml (1½ oz.)
  • Chic Choc Noir rum
  • Vanilla essence (optional)
  • Orange slice
  • Tonic water 1642
  • Fresh mint (optional) Ice cubes


  1. Pour the Chic Choc Noir rum into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Add a drop of vanilla essence.
  3. Squeeze the orange slice over the glass and place it on the ice cubes.
  4. Lengthen with tonic 1642
  5. Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint.
