Cocktail with 1642 Yuzu

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz white keys vodka
Some cherry tomatoes
1 bunch of Vietnamese basil
1 chili bird
1 Lemon
1 bottle of 1642 Yuzu
PREPARATION:
1-In the bottom of a shaker, add the tomatoes, a few basil leaves (keep a branch for garnish), 2 or 3 slices of bird’s eye chili (to taste) and 3 lemon slices.
2- With a pestle, crush everything until you get a puree
3- Remove the lemons
4- Pour everything into a High ball glass
5- Add White keys vodka
6- Fill the glass with ice
7- Top with 1642 Yuzu
8- Gently mix with a spoon
9- Garnish with a branch of Vietnamese basil, the rest of the bird’s pepper and a lemon slice. Taste! Good week!
Popsicle Gin Oslag Dentdelion & Tonic 1642
PREPARATION
1. In a small saucepan, bring the water and honey to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, for 3 minutes or until the liquid is clear and syrupy. Pour into a measuring cup and let cool.
2. Add tonic 1642, Oshlag Dentdelion gin. Place 2 thin slices of Lebanese cucumber or orange in each popsicle pan and pour the gin mixture up to 1/4 inch (5 mm) from the edge. Insert a stick in the center of each mold.
3. Freeze for 8 hours or until the popsicles are firm. When ready to serve, unmold the popsicles by passing the molds quickly under lukewarm water.
