Popsicle Gin Oslag Dentdelion & Tonic 1642

1. In a small saucepan, bring the water and honey to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, for 3 minutes or until the liquid is clear and syrupy. Pour into a measuring cup and let cool.

2. Add tonic 1642, Oshlag Dentdelion gin. Place 2 thin slices of Lebanese cucumber or orange in each popsicle pan and pour the gin mixture up to 1/4 inch (5 mm) from the edge. Insert a stick in the center of each mold.
