Ramos Gin fizz with 1642 Yuzu

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz of Gin Menaud
  • 1 oz of lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz of simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 oz of fresh cream
  • 0.25 oz Maison Orphée Olive Oil Organic Cuisine
  • 1642 Yuzu

STEPS

  1. Pour all the ingredients into the shaker except for 1642 Yuzu.
  2. Shake vigorously for the first time, without ice cubes, about 1 min (dry shake).
  3. Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously for about 2 minutes.
  4. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour 1 oz of sparkling water into a very cold glass.
  6. Pour the mixture and the 1642 Yuzu simultaneously into the cold glass Extend with the rest of the shaker
  7. Garnish with a sprig of thyme
